Location. One of southwest Colorado's most conceptual hotel properties, the Chipeta Sun Lodge is the premier Rocky Mountain vacation destination in Ridgway. This three story property blends contemporary architecture and Pueblo influenced aesthetics. Positioned at the base of the San Juan Mountains, Ridgway is a small cattle town between Ouray, Telluride and Montrose, Colorado.
Hotel Features. With stunning views and unique interiors, this Santa Fe style solar lodge presents a soothing environment for family vacations. The hotel features an adobe day spa, fitness center and complimentary wireless Internet throughout the property. Acting as a perimeter for a lovely narrow pool, the outdoor sundeck was crafted from flat stones and nicely compliments the hotel's stucco fa�ade.
Guestrooms. These apartment style units feature full kitchens, deluxe baths and spacious living rooms. Each of the 24 guestrooms are accessible through an exterior corridor and feature jetted tubs, fireplaces and private balconies.
Expert Tip. Showing tremendous aptitude at keeping their guests happy, the hotel staff makes coffee, tea, lemonade and cookies available in common areas throughout the day.

Turn Left out of parking lot onto Hwy 50 heading south.
Continue south through Montrose and highway will turn into Hwy 550 S.
Turn right at the stop light on to Hwy 62.
Turn right onto Lena.
The Chipeta Sun Lodge is two blocks ahead on the left before the dead end.
